  • I do the same thing almost every day. Two eggs, a bit of cheese and spinach on two pieces of whole grain bread. Usually a small glass of milk as well. A bit heavier and involved than some, but I think it is a solid choice.

  • I love having plain yoghurt on which I add some oats, banana slices & nuts all topped with syrup, yum! 😋 but sometimes some wholegrain bread with jam and sour cream or a bowl of cereal will do as well, but my breakfast is definitely always sweet :)
