What would you say your natural sleep schedule is?

I mean naturally as in if work or school didn't matter. Just in general, what time would you go to sleep and wake up around if left to what works best for you?

For me it is got to sleep about 2:00am wake up 9-10am.

    • I wen through a phase like that. Over Easter break I took a week and forced myself to fix it by an hour or 2 haha not fun.

  • currently it's about 2AM to 10AM more or less.

    without work my brain thinks I live on a 26 hour planet. waking up and going to sleep 1 hour ahead of the night before.

    • Naw, not at all. I have been trying to move it up an hour to sleep by midnight wake up 8. I do get more done in the morning then, but I am just naturally a night owl I think

  • Well about a month after school ends, I begin to sleep and wake up normally again. I usually wake up at between 0830-1000 and am asleep anywhere between 2200-0000

  • It's not exactly natural, but I often don't sleep until 4 to 6 am. Then wake up around noon or a little after. Needless to say I don't have a job at the moment.

  • Beddy-bye by 12-3 and awake by 8-10. Luckily, I'm a heavy sleeper, so it feels like I "recharge" faster.
