I was sick, and it caused my sleep schedule to get all out of wack. I fell asleep this morning around 7 A. M. , woke up at 12:30 P. M. Then I drank a starbucks frapeccino around 4:30 P. M. after exercising for around 3 hours outside. Will the eventual caffeine crash allow me to fall asleep at a semi decent time and make my sleep schedule better?
