What's considered healthy for a 5'6 young woman?

I mean this in the context of weight, measurements, cup size, and etc.

  • Cup size has nothing to do with weight. That is purely genetic. A 5'6" woman should probably be around 120-140 ideally.

  • Anything under 140 pounds should be okay. And it's hard to judge cup size without knowing your weight. I mean, if you are 140, you better be at least a b-cup, you know? But if you are 115, you probably aren't a d-cup. What is your weight and bra size?

  • Get a physical from your doctor and they will let you know if you are healthy. Having a certain body type doesn't equate health because you could have high cholesterol or need more iron , or other nutrients
