I go to the gym mostly everyday and I have been for well over a month will I be big after 3 months from now?

I lift weights most days I have break days between 3 months from now should i be a good size like my arms a little bigger?

  • You'll see a little effect in 3 months. The first phase is hard because your body is geting used to it. But if you compare now and in 7 months, that will be a great change. But also if you're 16, going too hard in the gym is a bad idea, as your body is still developing.

    It took one of my male friends about 8 months to see the result.

  • genetics play a huge role but ultimately it depends how dedicated and committed you are, if so you will find a way. generally speaking yes you will get bigger after 3 months of weight training.
