I just braces like 2 1/2 weeks ago and it's been kinda hard to eat so I eat but not a lot. I'm 15 and I was 5'10 and 178 lbs before braces and now after braces I'm 6'0 and 153lbs. I do cross fit so I do work out. Is it because I'm eating less calories and still working out the same?
I just got braces, and I've lost like 25 lbs in like 2 weeks, is that healthy?
