I have lost almost 100 lbs (45 kgs) and my appearance has changed considerably. However, I can't seem to shed that last bit of fat and get to build the muscle (i don't think i can build lean muscle till i am at least 10-12% bf). Right now i am at 15-17% boyfriend. So how do i lose this last bit.
Who do I shed off that last bit of fat?

guess u should consume protein shakes and eat food dat r high in protein (like egg whites) and low in fat, more often.
oh and by the way if u post letters "b" and "f" next to each other, then da word "boyfriend" appears automatically... so in this case better right "body fat" in its full form :p0
