My anxiety is unbearable. I have to avoid school sometimes because of it, weird things give me anxiety, like wearing stockings, jumpers, they make me feel like I can't breathe. Certain rooms, furniture people. I can't keep track of all of the things that make me anxious. It's consuming my life and nobody understands, not even my parents can understand and whenever I try to explain it they shrug it off or get angry at me for it. What can I do for it?

You have to talk to someone that can get closer to the roots of your anxiety. Help you figure out what's causing this reaction and maybe give you some things to work on to try to break out of bad habit forming thoughts and negative actions1
