Best way to deal with stress?

I've got a lot of stress right now and i dont know how to deal with it...

  • There is no "best" way to de-stress
    as the way people de-stress differs from
    each person to the other.

    You could go the professional route
    and take a full body spa treatment
    even bring friends, so it'll be more fun.

    But personally, I find joy in listening/feeling
    the nature around me, birds chirping, the wind
    gendlty caressing me and the sun on my skin.

    Lying down like that, and just dreaming myself away
    is something I really like.

    But another route I also take
    is exercise, running, slow tai chi
    or meditation.. all good de-stressers. ^.^

  • The best thing to do is to find something you like. I distress by taking walks, working out and watching my fave TV shows.
