I walk, not run but walk as fast as I can for a little over 2 miles every other day. And am stepping it up to 2.5 miles in about a week. That is enough to keep my body trim. If I stop doing this I will start to layer fat on my body and that stuff is ugly, ugly, ugly!1
I weight lift 3 times per week. It's a good idea to leave at least one day in between workouts to allow muscles to heal and rebuild.1
About seven days a week lol. Probably because I'm in ROTC for the Army1
