  • I don't really get angry. It happens very, very rarely. I usually just get annoyed. When I'm annoyed about something or somebody, it usually helps me a lot to talk about it with my girlfriend and maybe gossip a bit. If I'm annoyed at my girlfriend, I usually just sit on the sofa and try to occupy myself with something that keeps my thoughts off her and be sulky for a few hours.
    If I'm really angry, I usually already relieve my anger in the moment of its creation. Though I don't like fighting, I can get very loud during a fight (I also cool down pretty quickly afterwards). If I'm in a mix of being angry and sad, I usually listen to either Nirvana or the Doors and sing along. Both feel very destructive in a cool way.

    A few things that relieve me when I am stressed are dancing, swimming, baking/cooking, sewing, or my special combo of chamomile tea (possibly iced) with a bit of mint, my Himalayan salt lamp, some dreamy/chill relaxing music, and a combo of lit candles and/or incents. When I'm angry, I ALWAYS go to the gym. :) I've been told I have a great right hook. ;)

  • If I'm angry, I'll play drums because that means I can hit things and make loud noises. Hitting things is a good way to release anger xD

    If I'm sad, I'll play guitar and write music with sad lyrics and stuff. I basically use my sadness for something beneficial.

    When I did construction work I never needed stress relieve, because I got stress relieve eight hours a day, 5-7 days a week.

    Going fishing works pretty well also. It's totally chill.

      It's the best way to use my anger for something to push my limits.

      Any exercise that involves pushing/gripping/pulling and straining your muscles in anger.

    I also enjoy certain locations, where I can look
    down and far into the horizont, and feel the wind
    gently push against me. ^.^

    I don't really get angry though, disappointed at most
    I typically use it when I get tired of people.

I was this close *puts my fingers close together* to signing up for Wing Chun but I heard most Wing Chun dojos are led by crap instructors who actually do not teach the art very well other than the basics. basically, they're just in it for the money. but some form of kung fu has always been an interest to me.
