But it decreases when I'm underwater, like say only 15s 😂😂

29. Couldn't hold my breathe more than 29 seconds. I'm weak.
After only 19 seconds I started to feel like I was dying.. lol, still I managed to hold for 10 more seconds...

Back before I smoked I used to be able to hold my breath underwater for about 60 seconds.

I do practice meditation though, forgetting myself, physical and mental relaxation is a part of my everyday life. ^.^
For starters, if you want/need to hold your breath
breath all the ay in and out a couple of times
and then finaly a last time, breath in, and hold it.
little over a minute. the trick is to remain calm and not even think about your breath. practice that and you will improve.

A little over a minute. I like to release my breath in a pool and sit on the bottom. It takes a lot of concentration and practice to do for over a minute, but it's very relaxing once you get it down.
