Junk food can
but nothing improves my mood like videos of cats. We had such a sweetie and loveable cat. He was our true friend and very kind and sweet. So now I see cats as my friend.
Also how can you not like cats when they are this cute.
weed and beer
Netflix, some foods, my family, my friends, my dog (unless she's being an ass), youtube, music. Sleeping and showering can also help. Especially showering. I'm sometimes cranky in the morning when I'm tired and don't want to school, and showering for about 20 minutes or so really helps with that. It wakes me up and prepares me for the day, makes me feel more relaxed and open. And obviously feeling clean is always a plus.
Music, friends/family, laughing and being around animals.
Sex and chocolate. Lol.
