Lately I have been having.
Breakfast: Weet-Bix for breakfast with strawberry yogurt.
Lunch: Rice and tuna with some type of herb.
Dinner Veggies, with some protein and a little bit of carbs.
As snacks I have been having fruit.
On the weekend I have had some treats but trying to keep it very healthy during the week.1

Salad or cereals for breakfast nowadays, too lazy to prepare anything else.
Sometimes I skip lunch, if not, it'd be some simple dishes. Like soup noodles, asam laksa, fried rice etc.
For dinner mostly cold mac n' cheese. On days when I have ingredients I cook something else.1
