I really like "I Passed For White" that was made in 1960. It's about a white-passing black (or as they said back then, "Negro") woman, Bernice Lee, passing for white and marrying a white man which was illegal back then. It's a bummer she doesn't reveal she's black at the end.
The actress who played her, Sonya Wilde, was also biracial. Maybe that's the reason she only made a couple movies after that and faded into obscurity.
