Just got a laptop in the mail yesterday evening. Did my password and everything. Was on it for like… 6 hours, put it to sleep. Went to get back on it a hour or two later, and suddenly my password says incorrect. I’ve tried it a millions ways the last 40 minutes. And nothing works. I can’t reset password because I don’t have a disk or another computer. I can’t restore because I need my password to do so and it says it is incorrect. I know I have been putting in the right password, what do I do?

Now you can login.
There's a way to recover using Linux. Google it.
