If I need to have 160 g of boiled pasta (or rice, bulgur etc.) -?

How many grams of beans should I have to match the calories?
I've currently been on the same mealplan since I was fourteen. I need some changes asap.
The ED clinics dietitian is currently on a vacation - ad will be back in two weeks.
