  • What causes your rage? I think the healthiest of all things would be to prevent any rage from growing inside of you.

  • Write something about it in your journal or open a Word document and express all your anger and frustration... listen to some music to get the frustration out or post a blog about it.

  • I usually cry, listen to angry music and even scream into a pillow if I have to. Maybe write an angry letter and don't send it. Or even exercise helps sometimes too.

  • Run until I stop crying or wanting to punch people, and then walk home. Works every time. And running angry burns a lot of calories.

  • I used to mutter this prayer (?).

    It worked the first time.

Lol, then I just had to learn to have control over the few seconds between getting angry and committing an action due to the anger.

    Sometimes I fail.

    So, still working on that.

  • Separate yourself and talk to the person in private about your feelings. I usually tell the person to stop talking to me which isn't healthy but my ego goes up

  • Exercising. Usually running, cycling, kick boxing... anything. I try not to get angry, but it happens. When it does, I don't let it build up inside.
