      are u a long distance runner?

    • Dude I started out running three or four years ago and I did so by breathing through my nose and exhaling through my mouth. I felt exhausted right away. I then began doing it through both as they suggested on the net and boom, my performance increased drastically.

  • Core workouts and ruck runs, strengthen core hamstrings and leg muscles. Eventually you'll be able to run faster!
