    • Well, many people might say "Burned out on life". That sounds like a slogan. "Burned out on life?" as a question seems a bit odd.

      For a complete sentence, there needs to be a subject. For instance, "I am burned out on life." or "Are you burned out on life?" For a statement, you would have a ".", that is, a period. For a question, you would have a question mark, "?", at the end.
