I've gained 7 to 9 kilos over the last month or so?

I'm 6''4 and I now weight 89.3kg (196lbs).

I eat quite healthy and rarely eat junk food. I don't even snack that very often anymore either. I also take Whey protein twice daily.

I have, however, started properly exercising and doing 60 to 80 pressups day and night.

Do you think its moistly muscle gain, how can I find out?
