I need motivation to work out?

i dont need to lose weight i just want to be healthy but i am the worlds biggest procrastinator and have no motivation.

  • Just do it. .. stop thinking about doing it and just do it.

    That's the best advice. If i kept telling myself that "I'll do it in a minute. .. or after" i wouldn't.

  • You could always try mini workouts. Like 10 minutes a day and slowly build it up. I find it easier to start small then add more. Think of your work out as a goal for each day.

  • If you work out at a gym, just drive to the gym. Don't think about it; set a time for yourself and go. The more you think about it the more excuses you will have.
