Winter seems to have started extra early here this year. October had barely even started, and you already needed a winter coat and gloves to go outside. Now it's slightly less cold, but you cannot go outside without a coat. I've been feeling very, well, not depressed, but unproductive the past few weeks because of this. How do you handle winter depression?

I haven't tried this yet but I've heard blue light therapy works best at this. thought they are pretty pricey, which is the reason why i haven't tried them yet1

Light therapy can help with that. It's basically just relaxing under a large, bright light for an hour or two to compensate for the sunlight missing from the day during the winter months. www.mayoclinic.org/.../prc-200096171
