  • Lighter blankets, lighter clothing, a fan, air conditioning if it's that bad.
    Those are usually the basics.
    If it's unbearable, sometimes a damp cloth helps.

    • I wouldn't necessarily wet the clothes themselves. That might be uncomfortable, especially if it causes a rash.
