Am I a healthy weight?

Everyone tells me that I am too skinny, but I think it is only because I have recently lost a lot of weight and appear much thinner than I had been.
I am about 5'7" and weigh 130 lbs
my BMI is fine according to calculations and I could even lose weight if I wanted to (and I do not)
also, I've read that to get your abs to show once you have worked them that you need to trim down and I can see my ribs ever so slightly. To me seeing my ribs a little bit seems pleanty trim to me but I don't know. What do you suggest?
