I was 110lb last time I checked and I'm 5'2 ever since. I got checked for my weight and it dropped. How can I raise it back up?

I'm in gym class at school. Help. Opinions?

  • You live in America, it shouldn't be too hard to gain weight :-). Eat a lot of carbs (preferably shortly before going to bed), eat donuts and bacon and chips and ice cream while watching TV, only get up to walk to fridge... I'm sure you'll find a way to gain some weight. Losing weight is certainly harder I'd say ;-).

  • Increase your calorie intake (not with unhealthy foods) maybe even start some weights if you work out.

  • I heard eating peanut butter can increase your weight. My brother does wrestling at school and a lot of the guys eat PB to gain pounds quickly.

  • 5'2", 110 lbs? Why would you want to? Sounds like a reasonable weight for that height.
