Hey so I need help from native speakers.
I know you say "if there is one thing I hate it's..." but could you also say "if I hate one thing it's..." Or is it just incorrect?

Hard to say, mendacity, ingratitude, envy, covetousness, they can all be annoying Aggressive ignorance can get on my nerves, when someone has no idea what they are talking about but is convinced they are a person of superior understanding. Though it can also be quite comical if I'm in the right mood.
It's the same thing, tomato tamato.
They're both correct, you just have to move a few words around for the second I think.
"If I hate one thing it's stale pop corn."
"If there's one thing I hate its stale popcorn."
Though "if I hate one thing its stale popcorn." Makes sense as well. I just don't think it's as widely used if that makes sense. The other two are more common.
