Yes I have. I usually prepare the dough a day before so the dough gets extra big and soft. But when the dough is done and out of the way, kneading it for a bit then adding all the toppings before it's chucked in the oven takes 30 minutes. Cooking it would be 15 minutes0

Yup. The dough and the sauce from scratch. It's not too difficult making a pizza. Though all I have it a oven that goes up to 550f. The hotter it is the better.
How long? An hour for the sauce, yeast dough is fermented overnight for 3-5 days, and preparing it with toppings maybe 30 min, and 8 min cooking time in the oven.
