    • Well, I'm a professional hockey player and even though I get five hours or so of sleep, my body still is exhausted when I get up to train. I need energy drinks all day to even keep me awake.

    • Lol well I don't put any alarm clocks, if my body needs to rest that much then so be it.
      Although it's actually closer to 8 hours, since I just counted the time when I go to sleep until around the time I usually wake up.
      But often times I can't fall asleep for up to an hour due to consuming tons of caffeine.
