Egg whites that I mixed with some carmalized onions and white mushrooms. I sprinkled a tab of parsely on top. Threw some lettuce heads on the stove top mixed it with some virgin olive oil and steamed it for a good 10 minutes. I added parsley and some sea salt. Then of course I got my milk gainz and tapatio gainz.

Sorry I voted B when I meant to vote A. I actually have a pretty similar breakfeast except instead of the lettuce, milk, and tapioca; I have a protein oatmeal bagel thin with water. Or in other words, I have the same egg whites with mushrooms and onion0
