What are some things to do when I feel completely alone?

my family makes me feel like a worthless piece of shit and i dont know what to do anymore... i used to self harm but dont want to go back to that. what are some things i can do?

  • Exercise helps to distress people and it can make you feel better in general. Music is always good.

    Talking about it is good too. Is there any counsellor you can talk to at school for example?

  • Go for a long walk to get out of the house. If not then I hang out inside and read, draw, listen to music, or whatever calming thing I find that I enjoy doing.
