  • I wish I could be as healthy of an eater as you! I had a toasted peanut butter and honey sandwich with a small glass of almond milk and I'm currently working on my pineapple juice. I really should drink more water though... I just hate how small my bladder is lol.

  • A pouch of welches fruit snacks and a water. It's my second day of waist training and this thing seriously curbs your appetite cause of the squeezing going on. So that's all I could manage lol

    • Do tell what this waist training is. I don't need to lose weight per se but I do need to keep myself from overeating this season.

    • @lePoivre It's using a waist cincher or corset to train your waist into being smaller. Best results are with exercising and a healthy diet. But you don't need to lose weight, so just wearing it when you eat will help lol

    • Eh, never mind. That's a little too old-timey for me 😅 I'll just stick to planking.
