Is 6 hours of sleep enough?

Like am I okay if I get sleep hours of sleep a couple nights out of the week? Any health issues?

  • 6-8 hours each time should be fine. I've gotten less in weeks and I still function, but there might be health risks later if it keeps up (for me, with 3-4 hours a night).

  • People need sleep to make their body recover the lost energy. I suggest you do try to sleep at least 6 hours a day, they even recommend 8 but 6 will be okay. Trust me on this one
