When I look at myself in the mirror and find that I'm looking pretty good that day, if I take a picture standing exactly the same way, with the same face expression, I will always look like shit in the pic. What's up with that?

because when you look in a mirror you familiarize yourself with your image, but when you take a photo of yourself it flips the image and shows you how other people see you.
if you take a photo without the mirror and then flip the image as if it was a mirror, you will think you look better as you are familiar with how you look, its pretty weird how our brains process information, yet its awesome.4
