Why does the drywall on the side of bed always look like this?

For some reason it turns black, everywhere I move to, after like a month it turns like this. Note: I smoke in my room. However everywhere else in the room does not turn dark.

  • Probably a combination of the oil in your skin and the smoke. That's my best guess.

  • That is often a sign of mold due to moisture. Usually it comes from outside water getting into the wall. But could also be due to mosture in the house getting trapped there somehow. If you toss your clothes there and leave them a bit, that could cause it.

  • It's either mould or built up ash sticking to the wall

Spray a strong bleach on it and leave it to dry that. Should get rid of it
