Feeling lonely?

I've been feeling so lonely lately. How to cope? Suggestions?

  • Talk to your family and friends, tell them your worries if it persists think about seeing a doctor. Try to figure out what is going on - A bit of research on internet for tips and coping mechanisms, you might see something you like - Super important don't turn to anything unhealthy drink, drugs , eating or self destructive behaviour.

  • do things you truly enjoy, being lonely doesn't really mean being literally alone. just the feeling of no connection. connect with things that make you feel content. you can pm if you need. I struggle with using destructive coping and it only makes things worse. I hope you feel better ❤️
