Let's see, bear in mind I have a cold and I'm trying to do something about the refined sugar in my diet.
I had a bowl of whole oats and raisins for breakfast with organic (bloody expensive) almond milk for breakfast.
Then I had some fermented herrings with 2 slices of rye bread.
3 low sugar whole grain breakfast type biscuits.
Then I had a bowl of Borscht (beatroot soup for you non Slavonic plebs) with another slice of rye bread.
A few small cubes of chocolate.
For 'tea' I had salmon, chips and veges.0
