Why does Donald Duck wear a towel when he comes out of the shower, when he doesn't usually wear any pants?

  • because he's had a shower and needs to dry himself, wrapping the towel around himself soaks up some of the water.

  • 1. the creators think its cute and or funny
    2. its just there because he uses it to dry off
    3. it keeps him warm because of the water

  • Well, it's obvious. Unlike when humans enter water and undergo 'shrinkage' ducks are in their element in water and undergo tremendous enhancement. To actually show an enhanced cartoon duck without a towel after a shower would have traumatized generations of young male humans to the point where they would go on sites like G@G to gain some measure of 'dick size' reassurance from female peers.

  • Perhaps it's because he's made for children and they would never wonder such a thing.

    • Yes but children should have role models

    • Yeah, but I think that they should be real life role models. Cartoons are just meant to be funny.

  • LOL never thought about it, I guess the TV sensor believe he has to have something on
