Hey everyone! So basically, all my friends have issues and I feel like they are all placing weight in my shoulders! I love that they come to me but it is making me sad. So one friend is having major issues with her boyfriend and another hates her mum who is divorced. Another friend likes my secret crush and another's father has cancer. My mum also never admits she is wrong so I just bit my lip and keep quiet. I accept everything that is handed to me (even if it is not correct) cause I don't want to make my mum angry. I'm usually the one they rely on to be happy but... I'm running low.

Try journaling, I've heard therapists do it a lot since that can't talk about their clients so it might help you too 😊0
