Tips to feel better faster?

Apparently, I have an allergy/ flu bc of the constant weather change. I DO NOT like feeling like this. I feel so weak rn that I stayed on the couch most of the day trying to get better.

  • Drink lots of juice, eat comfort foods, push yourself to get up and do small things. I also like to "talk" myself out of being sick and making up excuses of why I can't be. It seems to help me at least.

  • Staying on the couch will only make you feel worse. Whenever I feel sick I put some makeup on (looking sick makes me feel worse) and go out.
