Is there a way to fix under cooked deep fried chicken?

My sister fried a batch in the deep frier, however, some of the bigger legs are raw around the bone (imagines Chef Ramsey smooshing them into a wall with "IT'S RAW!!!"

I'm scared to devour them, so I want to know is it a loss or can it be fixed somehow, like zapping it in the microwave for a specific time? Can I bake on low in the oven? They are cold now so I'm assuming putting them back in the frier is a no go. Help please! The munchies are kicking in heavy.

  • Yes.. throw it back in the what ever you cooked it in and cook it further... only this time make sure it is cooked

  • I'd just toss it in the oven at 350 for like 20 minutes.
