Do you think education should be to get a job, or to get knowledge?

I am just about to finish my undergrad in Business... I am thinking of doing through distance education another 3-year degree mostly for my own knowledge.

  • You can't have a job if you have no knowledge.
    Gaining knowledge is more important.

  • A job. Unless you have money to throw around. Speaking from experience, the "knowledge" means nothing if you can't get a job to use it... or pay your bills because you're paying off student debt.

  • Knowledge. I'm already working in my field while still in college. College degrees don't mean jackshite in the IT industry.

  • When you have your bachelors and more important your masters. You make a lot more than someone that only has an associates. Also you learn a lot in college. I'm working on my undergrad in business.
