  • Midtown, Bryant Park & Union Square in Manhattan, Astoria and Long Island City in Queens, Williamsburg and Flatbush in Brooklyn (that's where I grew up).

I don't visit the Bronx or Staten Island very often.

  • Where to begin lol. I'm not from NY but i've been a few times.

    NY's Chinatown is amazing.
    Central park.
Midtown is really good for eating and shopping.
The various museums are some of the best in the world.
I golf so Bethpage park and Liberty National were great fun.
Then you have the touristy places like the statue of liberty, WTC, Brooklyn bridge etc.

  • The Empanada Mama restaurant at 51st and 9th, if you like Colombian or Argentine/Uruguayan food. It's open 24 hours a day, too.

I think they actually had a fire earlier this year, but, they are supposed to re-open in a month or two.
