im really down i just feel that my love one doesn't like my body figure... everyone says im curvy but i honestly just see fat and i dont belive anyone i know people will just say do somthing about it but i just wanna know any tips on losing weight or getting more toned?

When I started jogging, I started unconsiously feeling better about myself even though I had'nt lost that much weight yet. Maybe you should try an intensive sport?0
