  • Someone asked me this today!!

    I remind myself the if I don't go, my workout will be pushed back by a day. Which [to me] means losing progress.

    Plus, I tell myself I'll get fat if I don't go. <-- Has not yet failed to get me off my ass and go.

  • I try to think about positive things. I'm always remembering my goals.
    Sometimes I go to Pinterest (I'm embarrassed of it lol) and other times I listen to motivational songs or songs that make me feel good.
