  • Sorrow is worse. It depends on what kind of hatred, but generally, hate is caused internally. You usually choose to hate something. I choose to hate the patriots. I don't have to like or dislike them. But I made a conscious effort to not like them. With sorrow, it's generally an emotion that is uncontrolled and fueled by a relationship in some way over time. I feel sorrow when my pet died. I felt sorrow when my friend transferred to another school. I had a connection that was enjoyable that was taken from me. Some of it can be controlled, but like I said, it's an emotion caused by external factors, typically and, therefore, more painful to deal with

Anger sometimes gives me a weird satisfaction. I can't explain it.

  • Anger can be turned into motivation, used for good
    Sadness drains one soul
Anger has a goal, to stop an action
Sorrows only goal is to destroy its self

  • Anger. Sorrow and hatred doesn't have to show, but anger is when you act it out.

  • Anger is the worst for me. I've had a really hard time keeping my composure. I had to be physically restrained by my dad and my friends (it took 4 grown men and they barely held me back) from going after a guy who threatened my sister. That was about 4 years ago and I've been able to control it a hell of a lot better.

  • I have never been in a prolonged state of sorrow, only anger.

Usually if you are angry at something it';s a sign that your situation needs to change.

I don't believe the zen thing about changing your mind, you were given arms and legs to change your situation.

  • Sorrow. I'm a forgiving person so I don't really get angry, anger makes you stupid. If I do get angry, I don't take it out on others and rather try to use it as motivation.

  • I'd rather be angry any day because I can channel that into sports or cleaning or something, maybe even making a difference. Sorrow in excess causes depression. When someone is depressed, they really can't function emotionally.
