Okay so generally when girls lose weight they also lose weight on their boobs and butts. I have 36C boobs and I don't know if I should just lose weight and be thinner and lose my boobs. I'm not fat just a bit chubby on my stomach, I'm really skinny on my arms. So getting a bit fitter and losing my boobs or leaving it and keep my big boobs?

Keep your present fat content and get some extra muscle. Do abs to straigthen your belly and exercising your upper body will make your arms and shoulders less skinny. You only need enough proteins a day to bhelp building muscle when you exercise. But you need it in 5 small portions a day so your body can fully use them. You can choose between animal or vegetable proteins. In this way, you keep your boobs and get more defined and toned.0
