How can I deal with pre-exam stress?

My last exam this year is tomorrow, and I couldn't be more stressed out about it.

I've gone over everything I can, I've set up a mind map and plan that I
ll take 10-15 mins writing down at the start of the exam - I believe this helps me out a lot.

Trouble is I keep forgetting parts of it.

It's almost as if I've done too much revision and that bits of the essay are just running out of my mind...

  • After your done studying do something that you enjoy. Play a video game go see a movie. Hit the gym. What ever you enjoy doing do it till the exam. In fact until you need to leave to do it. Forget about it for a while. If you over study it will make you more likely to forget things. If you have studied then relax and let your mind process it all. We only have so much sort term memory. Take a break and relax let your mind process it all.
