The office manager has told me this coworker is pushy and he has told our supervisor that if he tries to push you, she needs to push back.
My co-worker milks our supervisor for extra shifts. Why would the supervisor allow herself to be pressured?

This is a tough situation. Your supervisor shouldn't be taking the pressure from this co-worker. They should be doling out shifts fairly and not based on who keeps bugging. But who can you talk to about this?
Going over your supervisors head may not be the best idea in this situation. The best thing you can do is try to talk to your supervisor if you do not feel you are getting enough shifts.0
She obviously doesn't like confrontation. Either that or there is something else going on0
