My drivers exam is next week - it will be my 2nd. My problem isn't really the driving (although I'm not perfect) it's my nerves. The first time I had a raging panic attack inside - I couldn't focus or think, and I failed miserably. Any advice on how to stay calm? Or to not let it bother me so much? I am very hard on myself.

When I show up for things like that, it helps me get more comfortable if I talk to them a bit. You can just say hi and even admit you are nervous and just have a bit of small talk to help let out some of those built up nerves.1

Oh God I can relate to you, I'm the same, my driving is fine but I panic too especially at the junctions0
